You are not that great – a motivational speech

Today,  I’m honored to share with you a phenomenal speech from Dr. Daniel Crosby of IncBlot Organizational Psychology.  In this speech Dr.  Crosby takes life’s  conventional wisdom and throws it on its ear,  starting with the idea that we are all great. He moves on to other topics  but I don’t want to give away the whole speech.  Please take twenty minutes out of your day to watch this speech.  Just 20 minutes!  I hope you walk away with a new perspective on life;  I know I did.
