Today it’s Infographic Day on the reMix! Or it’s “Melissa had a busy weekend and didn’t write two posts this weekend” day…I prefer Infographic Day.
So I was perusing email and blogs this week and came across this great infographic on clawbacks. The only thing is I didn’t really know what a clawback was. To make a long story short a clawback is a term that is used for a clause in compensation that allows an employer to “clawback” compensation in the case of financial restatements or gross malfeasance (bad behavior). Not surprisingly, this is used frequently in the financial services industry.
